Dooogh was created by Brian and Laura Smith, Asheville restaurateurs behind Baba Nahm and former owners of Rezaz in Historic Biltmore Village. Inspired by Persian culinary traditions and the traditional drink doogh, the concept reimagines fresh, balanced flavors in a modern smoothie and grab-and-go format.
